I sincerely apologize for any confusion. Looking into your account, it appears that while your gut sample completed processing, your results were flagged by our system for a separate quality check. This typically happens when a sample has a lower than normal concentration of bacterial DNA.
From here, we're going to try to run this sample again with this lower concentration in mind. Unfortunately, this could add a couple weeks to processing time. We'll be in touch soon with an update.
